By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox on an R4SS Trades LLC form, you agree to receive transactional SMS or MMS messages regarding your active shipment or customer account.
Messages may include:
- Pickup confirmations
- Container assignments
- Vessel departure updates
- Estimated arrival updates
- Shipping-delay notifications
- Arrival and pickup instructions
- Payment confirmations
- Invoice and outstanding-balance reminders
- Other customer-service information related to your shipment
Message frequency varies depending on your shipment and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. R4SS Trades LLC does not charge customers for receiving text messages, but your wireless provider may charge you according to your mobile plan.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.
